At NBDN Denim, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your artisanal denim. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, leather patches, and hardware protection are intact and the garment is unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship to Workshop

  Send the package using a trackable shipping service to our designated returns center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Processing

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
