How do I choose the right size for NBDN Denim?
We recommend checking our detailed size chart located on each product page. Since we use authentic raw denim, some fabrics may shrink after the first wash; please refer to the 'Sanforized' or 'Unsanforized' status in the product description.
What is the difference between Sanforized and Unsanforized denim?
Sanforized denim has undergone a treatment to minimize shrinkage to approximately 1-3%, while Unsanforized (shrink-to-fit) denim is raw and will shrink roughly 5-10% after its initial soak.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, NBDN Denim ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How should I wash my raw denim jeans?
To achieve the best fades, we recommend avoiding washing for the first 6 months of regular wear. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang dry. Never use a tumble dryer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that hemmed or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
